I'll be honest, I'm pretty excited, too. Everyone's normally so spread out, I'll finally get to meet a few people! ;)

Chris'll be coming with me. If we can meet the dress code. Seems they seriously reinforce it.

Any suggestions on that front? I mean, I'll probably wear whatever that lets me in, but I've got a kinda weird shape. They just don't design the average dress for women that work out like I do and are my height.

Goldenrod would be your best bet. You can probably find a dress you like and request for it to be tailored to your body. It might be a bit more expensive, but I am certain that you could get it all done there.

That'll do, then. Not like we've got much else to spend our money on. Chris will definitely need a tailor otherwise he'll just be wearing XXXXL that hangs off him like he's wrapped in a blanket.

Guess we'll always be a little behind you, huh? Unless you're swinging that way first? Might be nice to experience a big city around here.

It seems that way, but I'm certain we'll be circling back soon enough. We are heading out to the Sevii Islands to celebrate a friend's birthday, and from there we'll be going on our own adventure.

Hopefully our paths will cross.

We both would've just come casual if we could, but I guess it's a change of pace. Neither of us really dress up and he looks good in a suit. ;)

Hard to say, this place is a little weird, and I haven't been here much longer than you have, my friend. I could definitely use a break though -- I'm looking forward to my time on the beach.

I guess it's possible to open your own gym eventually. Think you might be interested in that sort of thing seriously? Me, I figure if I'm here that long that I'll retreat to a life of seclusion in the woods.

No, not at all. I'm honestly not even interested in competitive battling, at least not anymore than the casual fights around towns. I don't want to stress out my own Pokemon.

Was fall short here? Back home it's usually a hot minute, but I'm glad you already thought of it. I should probably invest in one. Baseball caps only go so far and it's already getting warmer out!

Figured you might be the type. I don't see anything wrong with it. I'm not really into it, but my pokemon seem to enjoy it the same way I like getting stronger and it makes our journey easier.

Does this mean you're thinking of the isolated woods life, too? :)

It's... hard to say. There was so much happening that I barely remember much at all. I... also didn't go outside much. I needed to regain my energy.

I still level and battle my own Pokemon, but it's only out of fun. I wouldn't want to make it a huge competition. I am glad you and your team are enjoying it.

Oh no, not at all. I'm thinking of finding a nice little place to stay in one day and letting all of my Pokemon stay there. That way I don't have to put them in boxes.

I agree, though I can be fiercely competitive when challenged. It's an easier way to make money than working behind a counter and if my pokemon like it, why not give it a go?

Well, don't get too comfy. You'll have to make a trip to visit us whenever that happens! I agree about the boxes, though. It's part of why we've talked about this. I'm already at a team of four and I don't want to have more than six until I can leave them somewhere other than a day care.

That's true. Though I much prefer helping people out at the Pokecenters. I like being able to make them feel better about their friends.

Even if I do settle down, I'll still make lots of trips to come see people. I promise!!!!

I don't mind that. Chris'll do stock occasionally or help with heavy lifting, but I don't have much of a bedside manner. I can definitely see how you do, though. I think you're probably really good at that.

That's good! I guess if we also settle down, I'll try to make sure it's not too much of a hassle!

I'm just good at comforting the people who bring the Pokemon in. I... couldn't ever tend to an injured Pokemon I don't think. I'd be too upset.

I'm really glad to hear that, I honestly am. Considering what I know of your life, I think you deserve it.

I see. I'm sure there's a job for that, though. It's just as invaluable.

OK, OK. I get it. I'm not ditching prom even if it means I have to wear something I can't fight in. Not like I've had any scuffles here, anyway. I mean, it's a pretty long event, right? No way we can be missed.
